Job Description

A Senior Finance Manager plays a crucial role in the financial health of an organization.   • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions by conducting financial assessments and due diligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency with financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
