The Project

Large residential masterplan community consisting of villas, townhouses and all associated infrastructure.

Construction manager is responsible for managing the delivery specific areas or work packages on Projects, to key performance indicators (KPIs) on safety, quality, cost and programme.

Works as part of construction delivery team, building and managing relationships with trade/sub-contractors, internal and external colleagues and stake holders.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supports team performance through coaching, technical development, and performance management.
• Leads delivery of a specific structure or fit-out package, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.
• Coordinates with package managers on programme alignment and critical path activities.
• Chairs lookahead meetings, driving short-term planning and coordination.
• Tracks planned vs actual progress, escalating deviations to construction leadership when needed.
• Understands and applies the project’s digital strategy and knows where to access construction information.
• Manages area close-out, ensuring QA/QC compliance, ITPs, and handover readiness.
• Builds strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Leverages best practices from centres of excellence and company knowledge hubs.
• Drives sustainability goals, contributing to net zero carbon efforts and responsible business practices.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Managerial CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
