About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communications Manager to lead and oversee our organization’s communication strategies. The successful candidate will craft compelling messages, manage media relations, and oversee the development of internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.


Responsibilities:



1. Strategic Communication Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organizations goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and manage the organizations narrative.


2. Content Creation and Management

  • Craft high-quality content, including press releases, articles, speeches, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure visually compelling and on-brand materials.


3. Media Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization when required.
  • Handle media inquiries and proactively pitch stories to the press.


4. Internal Communications:

  • Foster effective communication within the organization by creating newsletters, memos, and other internal materials.
  • Support leadership in crafting messages for employees and stakeholders.


5. Event and Campaign Support:

  • Plan and coordinate communication efforts for events, product launches, or campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.


6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze communication campaigns performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategies and outcomes.




Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a communications or PR role, with proven leadership experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.



Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Familiarity with communication tools like CMS platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
