Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Maconomy technical writing and technical knowledge. Experience in Finance and Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Maconomy.
  • Oversee the technical writing process to ensure clear and concise documentation.
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure that all technical aspects of the project are aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for future reference.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Maconomy.
  • Must possess strong technical writing skills.
  • Must have a solid technical knowledge base.
  • Nice to have experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.
  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements.
