Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions that meet the needs of key clients.
  • Analyze client performance trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss business performance and new opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Prepare and present compelling business reviews to senior management and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to maximize client satisfaction and increase customer retention rates.
  • Lead efforts in resolving client challenges promptly and effectively to maintain company reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in sales/customer service.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic account plans successfully.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and customer data.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client data efficiently.
