As a Customer Support & Sales Representative for our dynamic company, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This dual-role position requires you to balance excellent customer service with savvy sales skills. By understanding our products and services thoroughly, you'll be equipped to solve customer inquiries while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. Responsibilities

  • Actively identify opportunities to upsell products based on customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed customer service and sales targets set by management.
  • Provide feedback to management aiming to improve product and service delivery.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer support or sales roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other customer support tools is necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • A positive attitude and desire to help customers solve problems effectively.
