  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and staff meetings to facilitate team cohesion.
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including making travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Utilize office equipment effectively, such as printers, scanners, and copiers, to support organizational operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide administrative needs and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets under the guidance of the finance department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications.
