Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in either Retail or Corporate sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding the customer base by selling products or services that meet clients' needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, offer tailored solutions, and ensure top notch customer experiences. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively exploring new business opportunities. A successful Sales Executive is a self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a competitive market environment, boasting excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset to understand market trends and customer behaviors.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet both personal and team sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional plans and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to current and prospective clients showcasing our products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while meeting client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback to management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales operations.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and meetings to stay updated on the latest market trends.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Retail or Corporate sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Ability to analyze market data and derive actionable insights for strategic decisions.
