Role: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Experience Level: 3 to 6 Years

Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

About The Role

You will be working as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer within the healthcare domain, working on and delivering projects that are running across multiple geographies, helping healthcare organizations achieve their business goals with the use of data ingestion technologies, cloud services & DevOps. You will be working with teams from other specialties such as Cloud engineering, Software engineering, and Data engineering to create platforms, solutions, and applications that cater to the latest trends in the healthcare industry such as digital diagnosis, software as a medical product, and AI marketplace, amongst others.

Role & Responsibilities

• Developing high-level solution architectures and working with our offshore team of big-data engineers and machine learning engineers to build, test, and assess models that predict and optimize business outcomes based on the client’s success criteria.
• Develop sophisticated yet simple interpretations and communicate insights to clients that lead to quantifiable business impact.
• Building deep relationships with clients by understanding their stated but more importantly, latent needs.
• Working hands-on with the delivery teams in building solutions in the healthcare domain (Provider, Payer, and Pharma)
• Working closely with the offshore delivery managers to ensure seamless communication and delivery cadence.Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification
• Serve as a mentor or guide for junior resources/freshers.
• Lead the technical discussion with the clients regarding updates/risks/blockers, etc. Fluent in communication
  
  

• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying models in computer vision or NLP or both
• Experience or exposure to LLMs, Gen AI/ prompt engineering (RAG architecture)
• Work with MLOps frameworks and tools to train and interpret the ML models for business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Cloud-environments like GCP/AWS and ML frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch etc
• Ability to think creatively and work well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor
• Critical eye for the quality of data and a strong desire to get it right.
• A pleasantly forceful personality and charismatic communication style.
