Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for souring of Chemical Commodity Parts (Tires, Lubes, Paints, FRP\Roto \Injection molded parts, Mirrors, Adhesives & Sealants, Fuel Filters, Driver Seat, Imports Etc.

This position is critical as taking care of all new developments, Commercial settlement, Cost reduction, etc. which requires close co-ordination with different stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy for Chemical Commodity Parts
• New Parts Development
• MIS Creation & Reporting
• Commodity Budget Preparation & Adherence
• Continuous Cost reduction to ensure budgeted targets
• Commercial settlements & PO amendment in case of Inflation/Deflation
• Maintain and improve the relationship with key Suppliers
• New Sources Identification & Introduction
  
  

Experience Required

• 12~18 years of experience in Automotive/ Industrial industry preferred
• Experienced in sourcing, quality, costing, stakeholder management, team management, integrated supply chain, etc.
• Understanding of supplier base, process knowledge, zero base costing/cost analysis & basic financial knowledge
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, change management and negotiation skills along with global sourcing experience
• MIS/Budget Preparation
• System knowledge of ERP like SAP / LN etc.; & relevant purchasing systems

Diploma / Graduate Mechanical Engineer
