Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional regression and integration testing on Veeva CRM applications.
• Validate workflows including approval chains, content publishing, and analytics tracking.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Execute test cases and document results using tools like Azure Test Plans, JIRA or similar.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDA, GxP) during testing cycles.
• Participate in UAT and support defect triage and resolution.
• Validate analytics implementations using tools like Charles Debugger, Fiddler, or browser developer tools.
  
  

• Experience in testing Veeva CRM modules (Veeva RIM, Vault, MedComms).
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and B2B integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Proficiency in test automation tools Selenium, Cucumber, and scripting languages Java, Groovy.
• Knowledge of analytics validation and cross-browser/platform testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
