Vodafone UK IT Testing sits within the VOIS BQA team. This function performs a vital role in all technology’s projects. The test management team drives test management across a wide range of projects and portfolios. This is a dynamic team that ensures quality is built into Vodafone’s exciting new products & services and ensures we deliver a great customer experience. We are looking for an individual who can drive testing success across a number large customer centric oracle stack releases! These are large releases spanning many months with 100s of testers and 1000s of tests so the individual in this role will need to have experience in running test programmes of this size and scale. You will gain experience working with a world class testing service, work across large programmes and get to interact with major stakeholders in all areas of Vodafone. Your position as a E2E Test Manager cum Technical Test Manager (All Test Phases) will focus on defining the full E2E test approach, preparation and day to day test management across these strategic Customer Centric Stack releases for Oracle & Amdocs Stack.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Accountable for E2E test management at an IT programme / project level.
• Lead an offshore team of testers working across your project.
• Act as a point of decision around test approach, strategy and escalation on behalf of programme & portfolio stakeholders.
• Champion continual service improvement across UK IT.
• Role model VF way behaviours across the func-tion.
  
  

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience:

• Expert in testing methodologies, test management and associated practic-es.
• Experience working with teams and services
• Test Management experience across major IT projects & programmes.
• Experience running test programmes involving Oracle IT stacks and prod-ucts (Seibel CRM)
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle & Amdocs E2E stack
• Experience in test automation frame-works and tools as well as driving au-tomated testing’s successfully on test programmes.
  
  

Must Have Technical/professional Qualifications:

• ISTQB (Advanced).
• TMMi experience or certification (de-sirable).
