Robotic Process Automation Developer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and enhanced workflow automation platforms.
• Plan and participate in deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance.
• Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
• Design detailed automated processes and developed end to end solutions.
• Prepare detailed process design and user stories.
• Build bots utilizing O365 Integration and AI.
• Hands-on UiPath, Automation Anywhere & Power Automation and extensive overall knowledge with Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python etc.).
• Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge and understanding of reviewing requirement documents, to ensure the requirements are achieved.
• Experience working on Test driven development environment.
• Good knowledge on Web Development is a plus.
• Good knowledge on CI/CD with Azure DevOps is desired.
• Experience with On-Prem and Cloud environment.
• Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with ADO.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Including the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree.
