As an Operation Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless execution of various organizational processes. Your primary responsibility will involve assisting in the coordination and management of day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all activities. Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and training processes of new department members.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an operations or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to work efficiently with team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude to problem-solving and task execution.
