What will you contribute?

FusionFabric.cloud is the OpenAPI solution of Finastra. It enables easy innovation and collaboration among the financial industry (Banks, fintech, Universities...)

Relying on state-of-the-art technologies, it provides highly available and secured access to the bank data for fintech to build applications. Reporting to the Development Manager, the FusionFabric.cloud Expert software engineer designs, develops, and maintains the services of the platform. We work in an international agile environment made of several small teams and run 2 weeks sprints that allow us to frequently deliver updates in production.

Reporting to the FFDC Product Manager, the Expert Java Developer designs, develops, analyzes, and maintains high-quality software product applications. This position is located in Gdynia, Poland

Required Experience

  • A bachelors or masters degree in IT (preferably Computer Science),
  • 8+ years of experience in software development/systems engineering,
  • cloud development (Azure),
  • solid hands-on experience with Java 11+,
  • hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes,
  • hands-on experience with REST services,
  • hands-on experience with Spring Boot,
  • hands-on experience with reactive programming - Reactor, RxJava
  • understanding of microservice architecture,
  • deep understanding of various Java collections,
  • deep knowledge of various security mechanisms and protocols - Oauth2, OpenID,
  • understanding of CICD pipelines,
  • hands-on experience with Git.
  • understanding of messaging solutions.
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, VB, PowerShell, Angular 2, Azure PaaS preferred.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, SQL preferred.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum & Kanban,
  • team player, detail-oriented, with an analytical approach
  • Strong technical, analytical, and development skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of required programming languages.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; effective customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
