We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager with 7–12 years experience driving growth through paid digital channels. You will own the paid digital strategy for our international markets—supported by a world-class agency, but accountable for delivering measurable results across pipeline, revenue, and ROI.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
What Youll Do
- Develop paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX), Bing, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize PMAX campaigns using audience signals, creative testing, asset grouping, and budget reallocation to maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Apply advanced paid techniques such as remarketing, audience layering, automated bidding strategies, and feed-based optimization.
- Partner with the agency to run always-on demand generation and international multi-region campaigns.
- Own performance KPIs (pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, CPL) and drive improvements.
- Align campaign execution with Revenue Marketing plays to ensure seamless funnel contribution.
- Manage budget forecasting, pacing, and attribution modeling for paid digital.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
What Were Looking For
- 7–12 years in performance marketing, with a track record of delivering ARR growth through paid channels.
- 5+ years of experience in Google Ads, especially PMAX optimization (audience signals, creative optimization, automated bidding).
- Experience with multi-channel paid demand generation (Display, Bing, LinkedIn).
- Background in agency environments, combined with SaaS/B2B marketing experience.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce and its role in campaign attribution and pipeline reporting.
- Analytical and data-driven; fluent in tools like GA4, GTM, and attribution platforms.
- Experience managing international campaigns with multi-market targeting.
