Technical Execution & Operations

• Manage and optimize SCCM processes including patching, software deployment, and device monitoring
• Configure and maintain Intune environments including Autopilot setups, compliance policies, and access controls
• Oversee device provisioning using standardized images and ensure smooth lifecycle management
• Lead application rollouts and update cycles for Microsoft Office & Windows

• Maintain technical documentation such as setup guides and troubleshooting manuals
• Share knowledge and conduct internal training sessions to our key-users

• Support device configuration and ensure best-practice operations
