Duties And Responsibilities

Х The role will require a strong understanding of Professionals, industry knowledge & market intelligence and underwriting processes at BFL to ensure that only credit worthy firms & Individuals are extended loans in line with BFLТs risk policies. The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting loans in their specific locations, which will mostly be pre-qualified / pre-approved by the Risk team, and require quick processing TATs, in the following businesses:

Х Professional Loans

Monthly disbursements are expected to cross Rs.250 Cr in these businesses by September. Thus each Credit Manager is expected to process Rs.10 Cr of loan applications.

Х Key Responsibilities

• Underwriting of Loans to Professionals within defined time lines.
• Drive ownership of internal processes & compliance with underwriting policies
• Support Business, Risk & Operations in meeting the long term goals of the respective businesses
  
  
  

• Chartered Accountant / MBA
• Maximum experience of 2 years in the financial services (lending) industry
  
  
  

• High process orientation
• Good analytical skills
• Positive attitude.
• Good communication skills, with proficiency in English.
