Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Solution Architect with deep expertise in Industrial IoT (IIoT), Cloud Data Platforms, and AI/Analytics to lead the design and delivery of smart factory solutions under the Industry 4.0 paradigm. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing clients by architecting scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that integrate operational technology (OT) with information technology (IT).

Your Profile

Over 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years Delivery Solution Architect – IIoT, Cloud Data & AI Analytics

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS a plus).

Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus), edge computing, and sensor integration.

Hands-on experience with data platforms (Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Snowflake), and AI/ML tools.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification

Familiarity with MES, SCADA, and ERP systems integration.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Strong business acumen, technical excellence and collaborative mindset

Your Role

Solution Architecture & Design:

Design end-to-end IIoT and cloud-based data analytics solutions for smart manufacturing environments.

Define architecture blueprints integrating edge devices, data ingestion pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS,), Manufacturing analytics Data Model and AI/ML models.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and security best practices.

Project Delivery & Execution:

Lead technical delivery of Industry 4.0 projects from concept to deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, cloud architects, OT engineers, and business stakeholders.

Oversee implementation of data lakes, real-time analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital twin solutions.

Client Engagement & Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into technical solutions.

Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and roadmap planning sessions.

Pre-Sales & Solution Support:

Partner with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities including client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution demos.

Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and effort estimations for new opportunities.

Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments to understand client needs and shape tailored solutions.

Innovation & Best Practices:

Stay current with emerging technologies in IIoT, AI, and cloud ecosystems.

Promote reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and accelerators for faster delivery.
