What would you do? As an Animator at CL10–CL12, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animated learning content that brings instructional concepts to life. You’ll work closely with Instructional Designers and Media Leads to ensure animations are aligned with learning goals and brand guidelines. You’ll contribute to the creative process by suggesting visual storytelling techniques, transitions, and effects that enhance learner engagement. You’ll also participate in peer reviews and continuously upskill on animation tools and trends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative problem-solving, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for? 2–6 years of experience in animation or motion design Proficiency in After Effects, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to follow storyboards and brand guidelines Eagerness to learn and contribute to team creativity Create animations based on storyboards and scripts Collaborate with IDs and PMs for alignment and feedback Participate in peer reviews and QA processes Meet project timelines and raise blockers early Upskill on animation tools and techniques quarterly
