Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any project-related concerns. - Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
