Job Description

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the company by overseeing all facets of the HR department. This role involves strategizing and implementing effective HR policies and practices to support the organizational goals. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for recruitment, maintaining employee relations, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They serve as a link between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other HR concerns. Additionally, the individual in this position will be expected to cultivate a positive workplace culture and develop initiatives that drive employee engagement and productivity. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff and company employees on HR practices.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain qualified employees.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing employee demands and grievances.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program with competitive offerings.
  • Assess training needs, implement programs, and monitor training effectiveness.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes.
  • Cultivate a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics, providing insights for organizational development.
  • Oversee and manage organizational change initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and manage the HR department budget ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field mandatory.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in human resource management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for employee relations.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and data-informed decision-making.
  • Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related software.
