Why this role exists…

We’re expanding our team to support a growing portfolio of data-driven projects. This role has opened earlier than expected, and we’re looking to onboard someone within the next few weeks to help meet current delivery needs.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment where data is at the heart of decision-making. The work involves a blend of technical analysis, data engineering, and strategic consulting, with a focus on turning complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing…

As an AI Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping teams and clients make sense of data and use it to improve performance and decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and insights

• Designing models and frameworks to quantify qualitative data

• Preparing and harmonising data for consistent analysis across different contexts

• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way

In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

• Delivering a well-structured analysis that informs strategic decisions

• Building adaptable models that work across varied datasets

• Establishing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed…

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, curiosity, and collaboration.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• Strong Python skills and 2–3 years of experience in a consulting or analytics role

• A solid foundation in mathematics or statistics, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive and accountable approach to problem-solving

This role might not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

• A fully remote position (we’ve found hybrid working in Pune to be most effective)
