Job Description Summary

We are seeking a talented Digital Technology Program Pipeline leader to join our team. This role will play a critical part in defining our technology and digital strategy, ensuring it supports GSI business goals. You will be jointly accountable for providing strategic leadership & best-in-class execution to deliver an application landscape strategy & roadmap that promotes reuse, sustainability, standardization & scalability for GSI Business, with a focus on the “end to end” process and data flow for major GSI Business Program Management. The main mission is to design and deliver the long term new digital ecosystem of GSI in coordination with our Electrification Enterprise DT Architect, DT Domain leaders and GSI Business Stakeholders.

Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain the GSI DT vision, strategy & roadmaps from a business, technology & data perspective, including the AS-IS, TO-BE and transitional states.
  • Support, Collaborate, partner & influence DT & non-DT teams across all GSI functions in the organization to assure business, technology & data conclusions are aligned with enterprise architecture and DT domain strategy.
  • Understand the organization’s ecosystem & its interdependencies, including current and future landscape.
  • Take a strategic view across all domains, portfolios & programs impacting GSI Business.
  • Guide the GSI organization to make appropriate business, technology & data decisions by recommending reuse, sustainability, standardization & scalability across the Electrification Systems segment.
  • Ensure alignment with GEV architectural principles, policies & standards, including conformance to compliance standards & incorporation of IT best practices.
  • Partner with business & DT leaders to simplify and standardize the GSI processes & system landscape.
  • Collaborate with GSI business stakeholders (functions and regions) and IT Domain teams (Project, Engineering, Commercial,…) & strategic vendors to enable efficient roadmap execution.
  • Contribute to a culture of lean, innovation, high-performance, collaboration, inclusiveness, respect & integrity.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Relevant certifications (like PPM, LEAN, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience that includes established leadership credentials across product lines, cross-functional initiatives, and large product/program portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability of working with executive-level stakeholders to drive process improvement changes.
  • Proven management experience influencing large global teams across multiple functional disciplines.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel 20%.
