Senior Manager Quality Assurance Python With Selenum

We are looking for a Senior Manager-QA with passion to lead both technology and people.

This is an amazing opportunity to work on Intellectual Property Domain. We have a great skill set in Various Automation Testing tools and technologies as well as Quality processes.

About You (Skills & Qualification Required)

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or master’s degree (BE, ME, B Tech, M Tech, MCA, MS)
• 14-18 years of demonstrable experience in Automation & Performance Engineering.
• Strong experience in automation testing using Python and Selenium
• Have worked and significantly contributed to automation using build CI/CD pipeline & test phases
• Clear understanding of Agile & Kanban development approaches
• Good working experience with GIT and understanding on any one of these: Jenkins, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
  
  

It would be great if you also have,

• working knowledge of AWS/Azure & SQL
• Working on the Intellectual property domain.
  
  

What will you be doing in this role?

As a Senior manager-QA, you will lead the Quality teams focused on various Clarivate products. Responsible for the management of quality engineering team and architects including their deliverables, growth, and aspirations. Your team will be responsible for Quality Process and deliverables from QA point of view.

Will be responsible for,

• Leading a team of QA engineers & leaders and assisting in task deliveries, career progression & delivering as per organization’s manifesto
• Mentoring the QA/SDET colleagues & provide the technical direction.
• Partnering with Dev, DevOps, and technology and product stakeholders to ensure that product quality is given highest priority during each delivery cycle
• Overseeing and supporting creation and designing of test automation frameworks and Proof of concepts for latest tools and techniques
• Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working
• Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing working culture
  
  

About The Team

The existing team is spread across India and includes Testers with strong technical and analytical skills. You would be part of large QA Group responsible for delivering world class products and innovative solutions in the field of IP.

Hours of Work

The role and employment will be of fulltime with Clarivate. You will be working in IST time zone. 9 hours of work per day including 1-hour lunch break. We have hybrid work model, flexible and employee friendly work environment.
