Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing and screening candidates as per manpower requirements.
Explore and use diverse hiring channels to identify potential candidates and engage them effectively.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews, documentation, and basic negotiation steps.
Ensure smooth offer letter release process post verification and due diligence.
Facilitate onboarding and joining formalities to ensure a great candidate experience.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and trackers.
Build and maintain cordial relationships with assigned Functional Heads.
Act as a point of contact (SPOC) for candidate queries during the hiring process.
Support the Talent Excellence Team on ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
Perform other talent acquisition activities as assigned by the supervisor.
