What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing and screening candidates as per manpower requirements.
• Explore and use diverse hiring channels to identify potential candidates and engage them effectively.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, documentation, and basic negotiation steps.
• Ensure smooth offer letter release process post verification and due diligence.
• Facilitate onboarding and joining formalities to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and trackers.
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with assigned Functional Heads.
• Act as a point of contact (SPOC) for candidate queries during the hiring process.
• Support the Talent Excellence Team on ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
• Perform other talent acquisition activities as assigned by the supervisor.
