Finance Intern

About this role

In this role you will be an integral part of finance operations which is responsible for extracting financial reports, analysis, budgeting & forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly MIS and reports that accurately reflect financial results.
• Coordinate and proactive follow-up with various teams to ensure timely collection of data for reporting needs.
• Update and circulate daily internal reports promptly.
• Regularly reconcile books and reports, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve discrepancies.
• Support in delivering accurate and timely information in response to investor requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field – mandatory.
• Pursuing Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CFA) and/or some experience in finance or FP&A will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards is necessary.
• Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses required.
• Sound analytical and quantitative skills.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
