Job Description
As a Market Lead you will be responsible for working out offers with company products, services, and solutions upon the request of account teams, business units, or formal requests by the customer. Analyze complex technical customer needs, within his / her specific circle of expertise and searches for optimized technical solutions. Is in charge of providing specific technical offer deliverables. Watches over the competitiveness of the internal and / or external suppliers and starts corrective actions if necessary. Makes technical presentations to customers, focusing on the uses and benefits to the customer, both during prospect and negotiation phases.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Support the market teams in developing high-quality, competitive offers that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Build strong relationships with market teams, manage expectations, address competence requirements, and handle escalations effectively.
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions, coordinating with other consultants to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop key pre-sales deliverables, including scoping and costing, SoC, risk logs, statements of work, and project plans.
- Leverage global cost management tools, coach peers, and drive financial accountability in decision-making.
- Deliver impactful technical and business presentations and maintain benchmarks to ensure best practices.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Graduate or postgraduate (or equivalent) with 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in the Telco/CORE domain.
- Proven leadership with strong interpersonal skills, conflict management expertise, and experience managing large teams with a customer-focused mindset.
- Extensive hands-on experience in 4G/5G CORE networks across IMS, SDM, and Packet Core services, with strong knowledge of cloud-native solutions, container platforms, architecture, and automation.
- Deep understanding of presales and delivery lifecycles, along with end-to-end telecom solutions and turnkey project execution.
It would be nice if you also have:
- Skilled in leveraging AI models and algorithms to drive insights and innovation, with strong knowledge of process and service automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
