About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee - Solutions Consulting to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and eager to build a successful career in solution consulting. Youll gain invaluable hands-on experience in understanding customer needs, presenting innovative software solutions, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge Acquisition: Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the products and solutions offered by the company, including their features, benefits, use cases, and target markets.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Client Interaction: Support and shadow senior consultants in engaging with clients to discover their business challenges and technical needs.

Proposal and Quote Preparation: Assist in preparing customized proposals, quotes, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses based on the client’s specific requirements by aligning product benefits with customer needs, and demonstrating ROI and value.

CRM Management: Accurately document all sales activities, including lead generation, qualifications, client interactions, and deal progress into the company’s CRM software - VirtuBox Hub.

Lead Generation: Research potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and market reports to identify decision-makers. Also, reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media for lead generation.

Customer Engagement: Participate in client meetings and assist in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers.

Reporting and Analytics: Assist in the collection and analysis of sales data, generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Feedback: Analyze the customer feedback, and use this information to improve our software offerings.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with development, Design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in software solutions and a desire to build a successful career in Solution Consulting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about our technology platform (VirtuBox).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Office Suite - Spreadsheet, Presentation, and Document

Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (preferred)

Key Benefits

Stipend based 3+3 months internship i.e. ₹12,000 per month for 3 months and up to ₹15,000 per month for the next 3 months (based on performance)
