About This Opportunity

We are now looking for an experienced Automation Architect with 10+ years of expertise across Java (front-end and back-end), Spring Boot, Angular, Python, and Databases. This role demands end-to-end ownership of architecture — from requirement gathering to design, development, unit testing, SIT, UAT, and customer sign-off.

You will be responsible for designing scalable automation solutions, driving adoption of new technologies (DevOps, GenAI), ensuring smooth delivery, and engaging stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.

This is a key role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and play an active role in shaping the automation roadmap for the organization.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture: requirement analysis, design, development, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), deployment, and customer sign-off.
• Design and develop applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, Python, and database technologies.
• Build automation frameworks and tools to optimize development, testing, and delivery.
• Integrate solutions within DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and adopt cloud-native patterns where applicable.
• Explore, evaluate, and adopt new technologies (DevOps tools, GenAI solutions) as per organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analyse business cases, and present architectural solutions in a clear and effective manner.
• Mentor teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in solution design, processes, and performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Frontend: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Scripting: Python, Bash
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Proven experience in automation architecture across SDLC phases.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab, Ansible, Artifactory, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of modern architectural practices (microservices, APIs, containerization).
• Strong understanding of SIT, UAT processes and managing sign-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to analyze business needs and propose effective solutions.
• Open to learning and adopting emerging technologies such as GenAI and cloud-native automation tools.
