Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visual solutions that meet marketing and branding needs.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and requirements.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects, graphics, sound, and music as necessary.
• Work with scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs to create engaging content.
• Ensure all graphical content aligns with branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Review final production for faults and propose corrections and improvements.
• Manage the storage and organization of digital assets for easy retrieval and use.
• Stay updated on the latest software and video editing technologies and trends.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure video content supports their objectives.
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge in graphic design software.
• Prepare multiple draft versions and incorporate feedback efficiently into final cuts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven professional experience in video editing and visual design work.
• Expertise with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and frame rates for various platforms.
• Creative mindset with a strong visual style and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Experience with motion graphics software like After Effects is highly desirable.
