  • Assist in resolving any client issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and trust.
  • Prepare all documentation and facilitate necessary paperwork for real estate transactions meticulously.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license in the state of employment, adhering to all legal requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management in real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple properties and clients.
