Quality Inspector (225-817)

The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining the standards of product quality and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations. Responsibilities

• Utilize precision measuring instruments to check product dimensions and features.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures in collaboration with QA team.
• Prepare detailed reports on product quality status and suggested corrective actions.
• Assist in the training of staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality improvements and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations during inspections and testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in quality inspection or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Excellent analytical skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
