The role of a Junior Project Executive is crucial for the success of any project-driven organization. As a Jr. Project Executive, you will support project management activities and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The candidate will assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects. This role serves as a bridge between project management and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment of project objectives. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior project executives in planning and organizing project activities.

  • Support project risk management activities and assist in formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track project changes efficiently.
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, distributing notes, and following up on action items.
  • Contribute to the development and management of project budgets and resource allocations.
  • Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed project reports and presentations for upper management.
  • Identify potential project issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them quickly.
  • Support the implementation of project management best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • Previous experience in project management or related areas is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and show initiative.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall preferred.
