Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various HR functions, primarily focusing on compensation structures and benefits administration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive and fair remuneration frameworks while aligning employee benefits with the strategic goals of the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining effective HR operations, optimizing employee satisfaction, and enhancing retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring our policies remain both compliant and attractive to our diverse workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the company's compensation programs, including salary reviews and variable pay.
  • Design, evaluate, and modify benefits policies to ensure competitive and cost-effective programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation structures within relevant industries.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits laws.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefit-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.
  • Create and present detailed reports on compensation and benefits to senior management.
  • Maintain and update HR systems with current and accurate compensation and benefits data.
  • Develop communication strategies to effectively inform employees about compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys related to job satisfaction and compensation feedback.
  • Partner with departmental leaders to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, compensation, and benefits roles.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and report generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
