Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide team members and engage with patients.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinic operations is essential.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
