Job Description

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time online support through chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a high standard of service. Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.

  • Coordinate with the team to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Meet personal and customer service team targets for response time.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies strictly.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support or related position is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills for effective online interaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
  • Possess problem-solving skills with an ability to think analytically.
  • Comfortable using computers, chat software, and other technology tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
