Job Description

The Business Relationship Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, dedicated to fostering and managing strategic partnerships that are essential for our business growth and success. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and aligning our services to fulfill these needs while also exploring new opportunities for mutual benefit. As a primary point of contact, the Business Relationship Executive ensures the smooth progression of business interactions, resolves issues promptly, and facilitates the seamless integration of our services. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to negotiate and influence, thereby driving value for both our organization and our partners.


Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with business partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Identify and understand partner needs to deliver tailored solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive client and partner experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt partnership strategies.
  • Develop and present partnership proposals and contracts to prospective partners.
  • Act as the liaison between partners and internal departments to ensure alignment.
  • Resolve conflicts and address issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the success of partnerships.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote partnership solutions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve services and partnership approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all partnership agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess partnership performance and market opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while still being a collaborative team player.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer management tools is preferred.
