Job Description

An Audio Visual Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving the sales of audio-visual products and solutions to various clients, such as businesses, educational institutions, and event venues. This position requires a knowledgeable professional who can understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their audio-visual capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of audio-visual technologies and products. This role involves actively seeking out new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and presentation of audio-visual solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. The position may involve traveling to client locations and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of audio-visual equipment and services in a manner that fosters long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of audio-visual solutions and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate audio-visual products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure the availability of the latest products and technologies.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to facilitate seamless project delivery and installation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and tactics.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for client approval and execution.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote audio-visual offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the audio-visual industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.
