Collaborate with business stakeholders and BRM teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop comprehensive project proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding Delivery Managers, aligning them with new project requirements.
Guide project timelines and sprint planning, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Facilitate architecture design approvals by coordinating with enterprise architects, security teams, and other relevant parties.
Deliver regular project status updates to business and technology leadership.
Conduct fit-gap analysis for potential COTS solutions, leveraging Business Analyst expertise.
Monitor project budgets and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure project scope and timelines are met, coordinating with stakeholders for successful releases.
Utilize strong technical and business acumen to effectively communicate the value and requirements of applications within the scope of work.
Drive continuous process improvement through collaborative learning and project experiences.
Experience And Skills Required
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in technical program management.
Education Required
Minimum of bachelors degree required.
