Technology Program Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and BRM teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding Delivery Managers, aligning them with new project requirements.
• Guide project timelines and sprint planning, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate architecture design approvals by coordinating with enterprise architects, security teams, and other relevant parties.
• Deliver regular project status updates to business and technology leadership.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis for potential COTS solutions, leveraging Business Analyst expertise.
• Monitor project budgets and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure project scope and timelines are met, coordinating with stakeholders for successful releases.
• Utilize strong technical and business acumen to effectively communicate the value and requirements of applications within the scope of work.
• Drive continuous process improvement through collaborative learning and project experiences.
  
  

Experience And Skills Required

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in technical program management.
  
  

Education Required

• Minimum of bachelors degree required.
