We have urgent requirement for Inspection Engineer - Mechanical, Person should have good years of experence in EPC Oil Gas Project

Position - Inspection Engineer (Mechanical) at Mumbai/Thane

Qualifications

Essential: B. E. in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mech Engineering

Desirable: Candidate who has worked in TPI Agency are preferred.

Experience Profile

Minimum Years : 7 years experience for BE/ 10 years for Diploma

Industry/ Sector: Third Party Inspection services/ EPC Projects inspection Sector/Heavy Fabrication/Pump & Valve Industry

Scope of job /Activities handled: Inspection of Mechanical Products specially Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pipes, fittings/flanges, Structural fabrication, Pumps, Compressors, Valves, Skids etc.

Brief Job Description (Pls. list them in order of importance)

Visit to vender locations for inspections as per allotted inspection call.

Perform inspection as per PO requirements, QAP, Specifications, Drawings etc.

Prepare inspection report/ Release Note as per SGS/Client format. Inspection report, inspection photographs/supporting documents are to be submitted on same day of inspection. Draft release note shall be submitted by afternoon on next day.

Provide Entry/Exit call to SGS Coordinator & client.

Attend inspection meetings with client (as per requirement)

Essential: B. E/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, NDT Level-II in RT, UT, MPT, LPT, VT.

Desirable: Candidate who has worked in TPI Agency are preferred. CSWIP/AWS Qualifications, Painting/Coating Qualifications(NACE/BGAS Level-II) are preferred
