Expeditor - Desk Coordinator

We are urgently looking for Expeditor - Desk Coordinator, Person should have good years of experence in EPC Oil Gas Project

Position - Inspection Engineer (Mechanical) at Navi Mumbai

Qualifications: Essential: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Desirable: Candidates who has worked in the TPI Agency are preferred.

Experience Profile

Minimum Years : 7 years experience for BE/ 10 years for Diploma

Maximum Years : NA

Industry/ Sector: Third Party Inspection services/ EPC Projects inspection Sector/Production department of fabricators

Scope of job /Activities handled: Post order expediting till delivery of material (Orders are pertaining to Piping-bulk, fabricated equipment, rotory equipment, packages etc..

Brief Job Description (Pls. list them in order of importance)

Post order desk expediting till delivery of material.

Expeditor will be deputed in clients office on continuous basis for close coordination with clients representative.

The Expeditor shall obtain a production and /or manufacturing milestone schedule detailing all SELLERs activities from engineering, procurement, fabrication and testing through to final delivery in accordance with the agreed Purchase Order delivery dates.

Expeditor shall monitor and expedite the Submission of Engineering Deliverables by SELLER as per the schedule agreed in the VDR / PO Terms & Conditions.

Expedite with DEC(Detail Engineering Consultant) for Review / Approval of Engineering Deliverables within the time frame agreed in the PURCHASE ORDER.

EXPEDITOR shall expedite with SELLER for submission of Final documentation including operating manuals, As Built drawings etc. (as per the requirement specified in the PO / VDR).

Working jointly with Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, Purchasing, Supplier Quality and Traffic and Logistics, the Expeditor shall identify critical items that require area expediting assignments.

Expeditor should be aware of manufacturing/fabrication stages of Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipes, fittings, valves etc.

Essential: B. E/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, NDT Level-II in RT, UT, MPT, LPT, VT.

Desirable: Candidate who has worked in TPI Agency are preferred. CSWIP/AWS Qualifications, Painting/Coating Qualifications(NACE/BGAS Level-II) are preferred
