Job Purpose

DETs will be working in respective departments as receipt inspection & Module inspection to support on day to day activity in function as incoming inspection, inprocess inspection.

Job Context

DETs will be working with respective section in charge & required to work in shift. He need to co-ordinate with QA, operations team to meet department KPIs.

Job Dimensions

This role is based in LEI Nashik.

Key Accountabilities

These will include:

• Perform in incoming/inprocess/final tests on ring main unit in line with EPTS or test procedures.
• Prepare/update inspection records on checklist/birth certificate/Computer.
• Communicate non-conformance to shift supervisor.
• Identify rejected material with details in Birth certificate or Tags & keep rejected material with the red tag area.
• Maintaining 100% safety and appropriate compliance in Testing/Inspection activity.
• Maintain QA equipment’s neat & clean & 5S in working area.
• Supporting quality audits.
• Assisting in the development of quality documentation.
  
  

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in core subjects in qualification.
