Job Description

Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer Experience till conversion.

  • Responsible for building loyal network of influencers for business generation.
  • Scouting for Opportunities to reach out to End Consumers through various Sources and increase business in the most cost effective way.
  • Own up the Customer Journey and Experience from Lead to conversion.
  • Multitasking abilities to manage relationship with diverse influencers and stake holders (Interior designers, Kitchen studios, Bath stores and Trades).
  • Exhibiting achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption)
  • Understand Competition Offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.
  • Be the First point of contact for escalations and be supportive in ensuring delighted customer.
