Job Description
CNC machine Programmer
ITI/Diploma in mechanical engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling/turning machines (VMC/CNC/MAZAK as applicable).
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD/CAM files, and technical documents.
- Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
- Perform machine setup, program testing, and first-piece validation.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality standards are met.
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Production or relevant field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in CNC/VMC programming and operations.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, GD&T, and tooling.
