Marsh is seeking candidates to join our O&T Team as a Senior Manager - Business Analysis based in Mumbai office
What can you expect?
The resources will support European Claims Transformation portfolio. It is responsible for collaborating with Senior Leaders across the organization to develop and execute plans to analyse and standardize processes, ensure the successful implementation of change and technology projects, improve operational capabilities (onshore & offshore), and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Main responsibilities include:
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex as-is business processes to identify process improvement and standardization opportunities.
- Understand business requirements and identify/align with the design of technology solutions.
- Design to-be processes and technology, recording proper documentation and define mock-ups.
- Works closely with business experts, IT delivery team, external vendors.
- Build financial and operational models to simulate various scenarios and guide management decisions.
- Lead meetings cross-functional teams and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Act as an effective Change Agent. Engage all key stakeholders and lead the way to change. Manage complex and difficult negotiations, influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare and adapt training material, as well as executing trainings for internal and external clients.
- Define and maintain test books for enterprise systems, as well as executing system testing as part of QA and support of UAT.
- Comply with internal and external management reporting requirements, ensuring appropriate & timely production of output.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science/technology.
- Minimum 4 years of Business Analysis and project experience in a technology consultancy firm or highly structured company.
- Experience in complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient English.
- Available to work during Europe working hours.
