Job Description

As a Sales Director, you will drive the strategic vision and execution of a company's sales objectives across varied segments and markets. The role demands a dynamic leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining enduring relationships with key clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in high-level B2B sales management is essential.
  • Demonstrable success in meeting ambitious sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales metrics and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other related sales tools is required.
