Job Description

Creatives & Collateral Development

  • Collaborate with creative agencies, graphic designers, and content partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, promotional literature, digital creatives, and multimedia content.
  • Own complete responsibility for the design and development of:
  • Marketing and communication materials across media
  • Creative assets for new product launches
  • Packaging design for new and existing products
  • Internal campaign communication and collaterals
  • Market brand visibility creatives (dealer boards, signages, posters, retail collages, etc.)
  • Multimedia content, gif videos and other videos for various promotional purposes
  • Impactful powerpoint presentations
  • Maintain and manage a centralized artwork repository to ensure version control, easy access, and brand consistency.
  • Plan and line up jobs with creative agencies, ensuring timely briefing, approvals, and delivery aligned to business priorities.

Internal Communication & PR

  • Develop and manage engaging written content for internal and external use, including success story emailers, newsletters, PR articles, and case studies.
  • Coordinate internal communication releases via emailers, intranet, or print formats in alignment with key initiatives and milestones.

Brand Visibility Management

  • Identify branding opportunities and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to plan and execute visibility initiatives.
  • Drive planning and execution of dealer boards, signage, and retailer branding programs across India.
  • Monitor implementation quality and ensure adherence to brand guidelines at all customer touchpoints.

Drive various initiatives for Channel partner engagement

  • Develop communication, newsletter, collateral and merchandise for Channel Partners
  • Handle communication release via emailers, WhatsApp to channel partners and other stakeholders

Events, Exhibitions & Activations

  • Lead the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, product activations, and customer meets.
  • Coordinate with event agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth on-ground execution.
  • Develop supporting promotional content, event kits, and giveaways aligned to event themes.
  • Track event impact, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement for future campaigns.

Vendor Development & Merchandise Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors for marketing merchandise, product sample kits, POSM, and visibility materials.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement, quality checks, cost negotiation, and delivery tracking for merchandise and branding materials.
  • Ensure timely execution and adherence to brand quality standards across all marketing collaterals.

Required Skills

  • Experience in marketing communications and creative development, content writing, event execution.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, content creators, event planners, and merchandise vendors.
  • Strong understanding of design, brand consistency, and execution planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with digital tools for artwork management, campaign tracking, or creative workflows is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva is preferred; must have hands-on expertise in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
