Key Account Management

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  
  

Channel Management

• Build and nurture relationships with channel partners (distributors)
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue through channels.
• Train and support partners on product offerings and sales techniques.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with channel partners.
• Analyze channel performance and optimize partner contributions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to support channel success.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in key account and/or channel management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
• Engineering Graduate with experience 8 to 15 years, MBA is an added advantage.
