Ensure the seamless creation, delivery, and maintenance of the IT environment at MB Indias Mumbai branch, focusing on infrastructure, networking, connectivity, IT and cybersecurity, and resolving everyday technical problems
Offer complete IT support to various bank departments, helping them deliver their products and services to the highest customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for professionally supporting the IT department, including daily tasks, PC support, updates, enhancements, and optimizing available resources.
